Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent data are considered highly sensitive. We will never sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for promotional, marketing, or any purposes unrelated to providing you with the SMS services you signed up for.

Your SMS data is used exclusively for sending you the text messages you've consented to receive and for compliance purposes as required by law.

4.3 Opt-Out Instructions


You can cancel SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Rethink Rail unless you opt-in again.

4.4 Message Retention and Security


We retain SMS message logs for compliance, analytics, and customer support purposes. Message content is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and accessed only by authorized personnel for legitimate business purposes.

Our SMS service is compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Not all carriers may be supported. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.


We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.


Your mobile information, including your phone number and SMS consent data, will not be sold, shared, rented, or transferred to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.


We may share your other information (excluding SMS opt-in data) with:
 

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (email delivery, SMS gateway, payment processing, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for providing services to us.
