In the increasingly globalize world, men and women are prone to high stress related conditions such as dark circles and stretch marks. Pollution, dust and high work deadlines are the causes of both. High intake of sugar, salt and oily products cause the waistline to increase. This is followed by the appearance of white (ranging from very dark to very light) stretch marks. A way to reduce this would be regular work outs and brisk walks with restricting moderate intake of fatty foodstuffs. Puffy eyes are also caused because of the improper diet and can harm your eyes very badly.

Another problem that inundates women these days are that of dark circles. They are also known as under eye bags, making the eye area dark and visibly tired. High stress levels and insomnia are normally the causes of the same. The area under the eye is very sensitive and it is easily prone to react against the harmful rays of the sun. The best way to prevent dark circles is to have a balanced diet and a relaxed sleep.

Stretch Marks can not completely vanish as seen in most of the cases, but treatment is possible through laser. Many women today opt for a thin waistline keeping up with the trend, but one should not be obsessed with it to the point of being anorexic. Some studies have proven that the white stretch marks can sometime be healthy; but this is of great suspect.
